R D Connect – Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your R D Connect account and associated data, please fill out the form below. Once your request is submitted, our team will review and process the deletion within 20 to 30 business days.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?

When your account is permanently deleted, the following actions will occur:

  • Data Deleted: Your profile information (name, email, phone number), app usage data, saved locations, and personal preferences will be permanently removed from our active databases.
  • Access Revoked: You will no longer be able to log in to the R D Connect application. All active sessions will be terminated.
  • Data Retained (Exceptions): Please note that certain information may be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. This includes transaction history (fee payments), transport allocation logs, and academic records, which are maintained to comply with tax laws, financial auditing, and school administrative requirements.
